About Our Organization

Blessings of Hope Empowerment Outreach, Inc was founded by Mrs. Lucile Cooper Butler in 2013. Mrs. Butler would visit local food banks to seek assistance with providing for her own family. She always had a gift for helping others in need so she would pick up and deliver food baskets to the elderly in the community who didn’t have the resources to pick up food for themselves. At Blessings of Hope Empowerment Outreach Inc, we strive to assist the less fortunate population in the community thus changing lives one person at a time. Blessings of Hope Empowerment Outreach Inc, partners with many agencies to help fight hunger and combat poverty in our local community. We solely rely on the help from businesses, organizations, and individual’s to make this happen.
